All Ireland 3 Act Festival 2009

This year we have decided to take part in the All Ireland Three Act festival.Our entry this year is TRAD by Mark Doherty and directed by Pete Butler.

Trad is a new play with a curious take on familiar themes.It has much to say about modern Ireland but does so through the lenses of some ancient rural characters who become driven with a desire to learn a truth that can give their lives some meaning.The play features a musical score that weaves its way throughout the piece and at times becomes another member of the cast!
The cast is as follows … John Heveran,Frank Houlihan and Eugene Molumby .
